The current list of named sub-processors behind these categories is available to customers and data subjects on request, and forms part of our Data Processing Agreement. When you submit a claim, a document, a page, or a piece of media, FAKTS sends the extracted claim text, and where necessary its surrounding context, to a panel of independent model providers. Each provider assesses the claim on its own. The panel composition may change as FAKTS tunes it; the active set is what is used at the time of your request.

We update it when we add, remove, or replace a processor, and material additions are announced on the product before they take effect.
